Remodeling Sample 1 - Kitchen

This is an inexpensive kitchen upgrade. The old cabinets were painted, rearranged for better usage and reused. The countertops were not custom (off warehouse outlet floor stock), floor replaced with vinyl, stair treads redone with snap lock flooring, and kitchen walls painted. Recessed lighting installed for more modern look. Stair rail built to replace old painted colonial style.

Remodeling Sample 3 - The Nielson's Kitchen

This kitchen is Peter Nielson's own kitchen in his 1950's home. The kitchen was completely redone with new cabinets, new snap lock laminate flooring, new countertops, updated recessed and track lighting. The mud room wall was taken out, as well as the low ceiling in the mud room which opened up the kitchen for better usage. A breakfast bar was also added in the mud room area. In the main kitchen area a pantry was added and the refrigerator was built in to make a more finished look.
